Submission
Everything you need to prepare and upload your contribution — templates, formatting rules, review process and deadlines.
1
Prepare your manuscript.
Download the ICECM 2027 formatting template and follow it exactly. Abstracts should be 300–500 words; full papers should be no less than 4 pages (each registration covers up to 5 pages).
2
Create an account in the submission system.
Register with your institutional e-mail address. Full papers are submitted through the CIC submission system. One account is sufficient for multiple submissions; simply add a new submission for each paper.
3
Upload your file.
Upload a PDF (for review) and, if you submit a full paper, also a DOCX file. Remove author names and affiliations from the review PDF for double-blind review.
4
Peer review (3–4 weeks).
Each submission receives at least two double-blind reviews. You will be notified by e-mail, and can track the status in the submission system.
5
Register and submit camera-ready.
Accepted papers require at least one author to register and pay by the early-bird deadline. Upload the camera-ready file by Jan 8, 2027.
