Registration covers access to all sessions, the conference kit, refreshments, the welcome reception and the gala dinner for on-site participants.
Author registration includes: final version of the manuscript, copyright form, and payment receipts or proof. Presenter registration includes: abstract and payment receipts (oral presentation only). Listener registration includes: personal contact information and payment receipts. One regular paper contains 5 pages including contents, author information, figures, tables and references; papers exceeding 5 pages are charged at USD 50 per page. Accommodation and transportation are not included — delegates should reserve rooms themselves.
Payment deadline: January 5, 2027 (early-bird / author payment). Fee levels for ICECM 2027 are carried over from the first edition and are subject to confirmation by the Organizing Committee.
